Barretta Gardens Inn: This Victorian cottage, situated in the center of Sonora, California, and decorated with antiques offers ample space for solitude, to celebrate a romantic getaway or for important occasions. The hostel is an old farmhouse lovingly restored Victorian, fully air conditioned, in 1903, on a hill overlooking the mining town of Sonora, landscaped gardens on an acre and cover more than 70 years. You can read sitting on a shaded terrace or garden to relax or a spur of beautiful sunsets, or if you prefer to play croquet or badminton in the garden near the pavilion. There are five rooms filled with old non-smoker with a king or queen-size, filled, including a master suite with a lounge and a solarium, a two-bedroom suite with adjoining sitting room. All rooms have private baths, two with whirlpool tub for two. The rooms are equipped with cable TV and video (with an extensive video library for guests), radios and CD players. Each morning a gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room or, weather permitting, on the veranda overlooking the garden patio. Breakfast consists of croissants fresh out of (growing our own bakery Bruno, pains au chocolat, pain raisin, financial, etc.) The owners of restaurants are French (Bruno) and American (Sally) and have lived in France and California. Stay any three nights Sunday through Thursday, and the third night is reduced by 50%. Stay five days (Monday - Thursday) and will release the fifth day. Rent the entire inn on a weekday for 20% off the regular price. Offers exclude holidays and are subject to availability.
